Green Living

Together we can paint the world Green !

A social network for mums, who are green, live green, and those who are trying to be green and eco-friendly.

Hello to all.

This is a new site set up to encourage a greener living lifestyle. To talk with other mums in your area, and to become more aware of the wonderful green companies that can offer an alternitive to all the chemically pumped products we are offered on the high street.

Drop Sanctions on Burma

Hi all,
It's been ages since I visited this site, being swamped like most of us with various things, but I would like to ask all of you if you could take a minute to show support and solidarity with the people of Burma. Last year on May 2nd around 200,000 people died resulting from Cyclone Nargis. The anniversary date is fast approaching.

The sanctions clearly are only hurting the poor in Burma. I have seen this myself, the rich are doing fine and getting richer and richer. The sanctions are on… Continue

Squidoo - How to market your internet shop

I set up a little lens as they call it on Squidoo where I write about my experiences with internet marketing. Just in case anybody is interested and could do with some first hand advice. Everything on there I tried myself and I say if it's rubbish or brilliant! Mind - what works for me may not work for you and the other way. It's a fairly new lens hence only a couple of entries - but high powered ones I think. I aim to add to the lens on a w… Continue

Germany has 200 times more solar power than England. Why? Because German households and businesses get paid a renewable energy reward for the solar power they generate. It's known as the 'feed-in tariff' and has helped make Germany a world leader in renewable energy. Let's have the same for Britain. Take action at http://www.solarplayoff.org
